People pile into the Cabaret. Inside, A hippo gets beat up for the way he dresses, then a server comes by and paints a suit on him. Betty Boop walks around selling cigars. A pig buys one, and winks at her. Betty introduces Irene Bordoni, who sings the song, "Just a Gigolo." A bunch of cats have romances outside to the music.
