A lady washes down the trolley car, as the Skipper hurries her along. She finally finishes, and the Skipper takes off. The old trolley car bumps along the track, as two passengers get out to push. Molly Moo Cow hops aboard and causes the trolley to go into a giant mud puddle. The poor Skipper has problem after problem trying to get the trolley to stay running well.
